Pretty decent
Aside from the weird smell, it actually works pretty well. I apply it while IÕm doing my eyebrows so it has time to dry by the time IÕm done with the rest of my face, and it genuinely keeps my lipstick from feathering. Honestly, I kind of like the strange smell. It also tingles a bit at first, but itÕs not bad and stops after a minute.
