I love this lip primer. It makes my lips feel hydrated and healthy. It feels like water on & it dries relatively fast.

The Unicorn Glow Lip Primer is supposed to prep and moisturize lips. It is lightweight, not sticky or slippery. It is lightly tacky to help your lip color stick. I tried the primer on its own just to see how it felt and it does not moisturize for me but I have super dry skin. I do think it smoothed my lips some for the lipstick to look smoother. My lipstick did last longer on this day so the primer works in that aspect. In my picture, you can see that the bottom right is the best looking lip. That is because I primed, let it dry, did the lipstick and liner, applied another round of primer and then rubbed in a good coat of chapstick. This helped my lips look healthier and made the lipstick stick. I would not wear this daily but will be using it for dates.

I’m not entirely sure of the science behind this magical primer, but it absolutely erases my cracked lips from view beneath my lipgloss. I’d originally bought this to use as a clear gloss but didn’t read the product and when I found out it was a primer, I decided to use it as intended and was very surprised. Love it.

I personally don’t have many struggles with lip wrinkles appearing in my lipsticks unless its one of the liquid matte ones. I’ve used this under most types of lipsticks and it really seems to help the most with liquid matte ones that become very dry after half an hour or so. It didn’t really effect anything in regards to cream lipsticks or glosses but it did keep my lips moisturized through the day. I think it has more of an effect on older people where it might affect the lips more.
